The Challenge
The developer needed to deliver a 12-unit student housing complex before the Fall semester began. However, the original design called for CMU block, and local masons were booked out for 4 months. Delaying meant missing the academic rental window.

The "One Lift" Solution
We utilized 30-foot vertical TekmoPANELs. Because the skins are Class A Fire Rated, they met the strict multifamily fire codes without needing additional layers of exterior gypsum. This allowed the crew to Frame, Insulate, and Sheath in a single crane lift.

The Outcome
The building envelope was completed in 3 weeks, beating the schedule by 32%. The superior airtightness of the monolithic core is projected to save the owner 15% annually on heating costs compared to the original block design.
